The Turbo Force TH-40 is a 12" rotary tile and grout cleaning tool that runs off your truckmount or high-pressure portable. Two spray jets on a spinning bar scrub inside a sealed deck while your machine's vacuum recovers the water through the handle, so the floor is cleaned and extracted in the same pass.
The 12" deck is the size for kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants and showrooms, where a compact, low-profile head gets under counters and around fixtures. Rated from 650 to 2,500 psi with water up to 230°F, the TH-40 runs from a truckmount or high-pressure portable in that range.
Features
Rotary Spray Bar Under a Sealed Deck
Twin flat-fan jets spin under the deck and hit grout lines from every angle, while the deck contains the overspray.
Patented Automatic Vacuum Compensator
A spring-loaded relief under the deck balances airflow so the tool glides and the floor is left drier. It comes preset and can be tuned with two wrenches.
Low-Profile 12" Deck
The ST-Nylon deck is slim enough to reach under shelves, counters and toe kicks, and light but resistant to impact.
Stainless Steel Handle
A stainless handle with a non-slip comfort grip carries the trigger valve gun, vacuum hose and high-pressure line.
Hard Boot Ring and Brush Ring
It ships with a hard boot ring for tile and a brush ring for marble, travertine and other soft stone that grit under a hard boot could scratch.
Ready for Concrete
An optional 12" concrete bracket adds caster wheels so the same tool can clean garage floors and walkways.

Setup & Placement
Connect the tool's male quick disconnect to your high-pressure line and the vacuum port to your vacuum hose. Check and clean the steel mesh filter just after the inlet fitting, using two wrenches, as a dirty screen sharply reduces cleaning power.
The vacuum compensator under the deck comes preset for most jobs. If your machine's vacuum is unusually strong or weak, its spring tension can be adjusted with two wrenches. To check the jets, turn the tool over and trigger it with the jets pointed away from you: you should see two flat, narrow fans.

About Turbo Force
Turbo Force International, based in Glendale, Arizona, is the manufacturer of the Turbo Hybrid and Turbo branded hard-surface cleaning tools. Every tool in the range runs off the pressure and vacuum of a carpet-cleaning truckmount or a high-pressure portable extractor, so a contractor who already owns the machine can take on tile, grout, stone and concrete work with the same rig.
The Turbo Hybrid comes in two sizes. The 12" TH-40 is the more maneuverable tool for kitchens, bathrooms and tight commercial spaces, while the 15" TH-15 covers wider open floors in fewer passes. For concrete and higher pressures, the 17" Hyper Turbo is the step up, and the handheld Mini Turbo and Cobra take care of counters, steps and corners.
