Planning the Installation
The frame is 21.85" wide, 13.98" deep on its feet and 35.2" tall.
Use it for towels and bathrobes only. Towels that hold soap or detergent residue may show what look like scorch marks, which is only discoloration of the residue. The bars get very hot while it runs, so do not touch them in use, and never stand, sit or climb on the rack.
The power supply must have an over-current protection device, and the three-pin plug goes into a properly grounded outlet. Do not modify the plug: if it does not fit the outlet, have a qualified electrician install a proper one. If an extension cord set is used, keep it where it is not exposed to splashing or excessive moisture. If the rack has not heated up after 1 hour, power it off and restart it, and contact ANZZI after-sales service if the problem remains.

Installation & Care
Installation
No wall mounting: attach the freestanding legs with a screwdriver, set the rack on a flat, level floor and plug the 70.87" cord into a GFCI-protected, properly grounded outlet. Use it on 120V only, do not move it while it is in use (to avoid tipping), and do not place it inside a shower or sauna.
Care
Wipe the bars with a soft cloth, dry or lightly damp, with the power off and the rack cool. ANZZI's manuals prohibit hard scrubbing, abrasive or decontamination powders, oil, acid and alkaline cleaners, which damage the finish. Warm only water-washed fabrics: towels with soap or detergent residue can show marks that look like scorching but are the residue discoloring.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this towel warmer to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA).
