The Unger Excella Mop Pad Holder 18" (EF40B) is the flat mop frame of the Unger Excella Floor Cleaning System, the part that holds the mop pad securely against the floor. The Unger Excella 18" mop pad holder is made for cleaning professionals in hospitals, schools, offices and retail stores who mop large, busy floors every day.
Secure Pads, Full Floor Contact
The holder keeps the mop pad firmly in place, so it moves smoothly and stays in full contact with the floor as you work. Excella pads attach to it by hook and loop backing: the Cleaning Pad 20" (EF40M), the Finishing Pad 20" (EF40F) for floor finish and the Restroom Cleaning Pad 20" (EF40R). It also works with disposable mop pads, so one frame can cover daily cleaning, restrooms and finishing.
The frame is black aluminum, 18" long and 5.1" wide, and weighs about 0.8 lb. The lightweight yet sturdy construction is easy to maneuver and reduces fatigue during long cleaning shifts, while the build is made to withstand daily use in demanding environments.
Part of the Excella System
The holder attaches securely to the base of the Excella pole, either the Straight Pole with Actuator (EFPL4) or the Offset Pole with Actuator (EFPL1). It is the 18" holder in Unger's Excella Floor Cleaning Straight Kit, Offset Kits and Floor Finishing Kits, so a spare holder lets a crew keep a second pad ready or replace a worn frame without changing the rest of the kit.
Unger names patient rooms and corridors, classrooms, hallways and cafeterias, office lobbies and meeting rooms, and retail sales floors and stockrooms as typical places for it. For wider corridors the Excella range also includes a 24" holder (EF60B) with 26" pads.

Installation & Care
Installation
Attach the mop pad holder securely to the base of the Excella pole. Lay the mop pad flat and press the holder onto its hook and loop backing so the pad is centered, then adjust the pole height to the worker's chin and tighten the locking collar.
Care
Remove the pad after each area and launder or replace it. Rinse the aluminum holder with clean water and let it dry. Keep the hook and loop strips free of lint; Unger offers Mop Pad Holder Replacement Strips (2 Pack) when they wear.

You'll get tracking by email as soon as this item ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
This is a consumable item that needs routine replacement. Unger's Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty excludes consumables such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the damage and returns terms above apply.
