The Unger HiFlo nLite HiMod Carbon Poles (UC67G master pole and UC35G extension pole) are high modulus carbon fiber water fed poles for professional window cleaners who wash high glass from the ground. Choose the Unger 22' HiMod carbon master pole, a 4 section telescopic pole, or the Unger 11' HiMod carbon extension pole, a 2 section pole that adds length to the master. Both are built in black himodulus carbon and belong to Unger's first generation HiFlo nLite pole system.
High Modulus Carbon for Control at Height
The longer a water fed pole gets, the more it wants to bend and sway, and that movement is what tires the operator and makes the brush hard to place. HiMod carbon is Unger's premium carbon fiber grade, made for extreme rigidity and high resilience. A stiff, light pole keeps the brush where you aim it at the top of the reach, so precise control holds even on long days of pole work. The master pole weighs 3.6 lb and each extension 1.9 lb.
Build the Length the Job Needs
The HiMod poles are modular. The UC67G master pole extends to 22' on its own, which covers lower floors and storefront glass. For taller elevations, UC35G extension poles add 11' each. Unger's own HiMod 55' kit (NLKU3) combines one UC67G master pole with three UC35G extension poles for a 55' pole length and a reach of up to 60', which Unger's nLITE height chart places at the sixth floor level. That lets one set of poles serve a two story house in the morning and a multi story office block in the afternoon, simply by adding or removing extensions.
Each joint carries a yellow visual warning area. When the yellow marking shows, the sections are close to separating, so the operator can see at a glance that a section has been pulled out too far and stop before it comes apart overhead. On a long carbon pole that check is a real safety step.
Where the HiMod Poles Work
Unger names four typical jobs for the HiMod carbon poles: reaching high windows on multi story commercial buildings, accessing skylights and atriums in large facilities, cleaning glass facades with complex architectural shapes, and maintaining windows in hard to reach spots on residential properties. In each case the operator stays on the ground and works with pure water fed through the pole to the brush, which is the core of professional window cleaning with water fed poles.
The poles fit into the HiFlo nLite system, so they work with nLite goosenecks, brushes, hose and the HiFlo Control used in Unger's Gen 1 kits. The carbon construction is built to stand up to daily professional use.
For crews who clean tall glass every week, the Unger 22' HiMod carbon master pole and its 11' extensions give a rigid, light and expandable water fed pole set that grows with the building in front of you.
Features
High Modulus Carbon Fiber
Both poles are made of himodulus carbon, Unger's premium carbon grade with extreme rigidity and high resilience. The stiffness keeps the brush steady and easy to place at full height.
Light Weight for Long Shifts
The 22' master pole weighs 3.6 lb and the 11' extension 1.9 lb. Less weight on the arms means less fatigue over a full day of pole work.
22' Master Pole in 4 Sections
The UC67G master pole telescopes in 4 sections to 22'. It works on its own for lower buildings and is the base for every extension.
11' Extension Pole in 2 Sections
The UC35G extension pole adds 11' of length in 2 sections. Add extensions to the master pole as the building gets taller.
Up to 60' of Reach
One master pole with three extensions gives a 55' pole length and up to 60' of reach, the setup Unger uses in its HiMod 55' kit. That covers buildings up to the sixth floor level on Unger's height chart.
Yellow Visual Warning Area
A yellow marked zone shows when sections are close to separating. It helps prevent unintentional separation of the pole while you work overhead.
Part of the HiFlo nLite System
The poles integrate with the modular nLite system, so the pole length can be matched to each job. Goosenecks, brushes and hose from the HiFlo nLite range complete the setup.

Installation & Care
Installation
Extend the UC67G master pole section by section to the working length. For more height, join UC35G extension poles to the master pole; Unger's 55' kit uses one master pole with three extensions. Never pull a section out into its yellow visual warning area, which marks the point of separation. Fit the gooseneck, brush and hose from the HiFlo nLite system before raising the pole.
Care
Rinse the sections with clean water after use to remove grit, which can wear carbon surfaces as the sections slide. Let the pole dry collapsed and store it on a rack or in a bag where it cannot be bent or crushed.
