The Unger HydroPower Ultra 16K Entry Kit 40' (C12KT) is a complete pure water window cleaning system for high access work, reaching up to 4 stories from the ground. The Unger HydroPower Ultra 40' kit combines the HydroPower Ultra DI tank (UHP01) with a 9 section nLITE Carbon 16K Telescopic Pole that extends to 40', a flagged 11" nLITE Power Brush and a DuroFlex hose, so tall glass can be cleaned without ladders or lifts and without chemicals.
0 TDS Pure Water on Site
The HydroPower Ultra tank produces 0 TDS pure water by passing tap water through mixed bed ion exchange resin. Because the minerals are gone, the water dries on glass without spots or streaks, and no detergent is needed. The tank is compact at 14" x 13.1" x 12.3" and 21.9 lb, built from aluminum and plastic in black and green.
One green Ultra Resin Pack sits inside the small tank. When the TDS reading reaches 10 ppm, it is time for a fresh pack. Unger's manual sets the limits at 116 psi (8 bar) operating pressure and 86°F for inflowing water. Unger recommends testing the site water for TDS before starting, since higher incoming TDS reduces how much pure water each pack produces, and the tank should be used at site temperatures of 41°F to 104°F, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Nine Carbon Sections to 40'
The nLITE Carbon 16K Telescopic Pole (C123T) is built from 100% carbon fiber for rigidity without extra weight. Nine sections extend it to 40', and at 6 lb it stays easy to maneuver. Fully collapsed it measures just 5.7', which keeps it practical to carry, transport and store on job sites. The rubber handle gives a secure grip and protects the base of the pole during long cleaning sessions.
A precision fit angle adapter at the tip connects to all nLITE brushes and has a built in safety stop that prevents pole separation. The flagged nLITE Power Brush (NFF28) supplied with the kit has 11" of green nylon bristles, and the green DuroFlex hose (DLS25) carries pure water from the tank up the pole to the brush.

Installation & Care
Installation
Set the tank upright on a stable spot and check that the green Ultra Resin Pack is seated. Connect the DuroFlex hose to the Water OUT connection and the tap water supply to the Water IN connection, open the supply, and hold the yellow lever down with Water OUT open to bleed trapped air. Do not exceed 116 psi (8 bar). Extend the C123T pole section by section, fit the NFF28 brush to the angle adapter and run the hose up to the brush.
Care
Change the resin pack when the tank's TDS meter reads 10 ppm. Use only drinking (tap) water no warmer than 86°F, keep the tank away from heat sources and direct sunlight, and protect it from frost. Turn off the water supply when not in use, secure the tank in the vehicle for transport, and collapse the pole to 5.7' for storage.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
