The Unger MicroWipe 4000 Heavy Duty (MF400, MF40B, MF40J, MF40R, MF40Y) is a 16" x 15" (40 x 38 cm) industrial grade microfiber cloth in green, blue, yellow, red and yellow/red. The Unger MicroWipe 4000 Heavy Duty microfiber cloth is the top grade of Unger's MicroWipe grading system, made from a superior grade textile for facilities that clean in multiple shifts, seven days a week.
Built for Industrial Soil Loads
The 4000 Heavy Duty cleans industrial soil loads such as oils, dry dust and embedded soils. Its absorbency is rated at 1700 ml (5.2 oz) on a standard US industry test, a grade Unger describes as maximum absorbency, so it handles high moisture tasks and spills as well as dry cleaning.
On ASTM tests Unger rates the cloth for a durability of 4000 wear cycles and a scrub factor of 38 for abrasiveness. It is manufactured to withstand heavy duty commercial washing cycles and is rated for 1500 wash cycles, which extends product life and lowers long term cost. The fabric weight is 450 g/m2; each cloth is 0.06" thick and weighs 0.16 lb.
SmartColor Options Including Yellow/Red
The colors belong to Unger's SmartColor Cleaning System, a visual color coding system for designating cleaning zones, so cloths assigned to one area are not carried into another. Besides the four solid colors, the MF40Y comes in yellow/red. Unger's Restroom Specialist daily process chart calls for the red MF40R or the yellow/red MF40Y in restroom cleaning.

Installation & Care
Installation
No setup is needed. Pick the color assigned to the cleaning zone, fold the cloth into quarters for a hand sized pad and use it wet with your cleaning solution for oily or embedded soil, or dry for dust, turning to a clean face as each side loads.
Care
Unger's MicroWipe care guide: wash in water no warmer than 200°F (95°C), tumble dry on low heat, and do not iron, since heat melts the fabric. Do not use bleach or detergents with bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. Wash colors by zone to keep the coding intact.

You'll get tracking by email as soon as this item ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
This is a consumable item that needs routine replacement. Unger's Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty excludes consumables such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the damage and returns terms above apply.
