The Unger nLITE Carbon Composite Pole (CC32T, CC60T and CC85T) is a water fed telescopic pole for window cleaning professionals who clean homes, storefronts and commercial glass with pure water from the ground. The Unger carbon composite telescopic pole comes in three lengths, 10.5', 20' and 28', and belongs to Unger's Generation 2 nLITE system.
Carbon and Glass Fiber in One Pole
The pole is made from a high quality mix of carbon and glass fibers. That blend gives the pole stability with a measure of flexibility, keeps it light for long sessions, and gives the rigidity and control needed to guide a brush across glass. The 10.5' CC32T weighs 1.5 lb and the 28' CC85T weighs 4.9 lb.
The PrecisionGrip pole form is shaped to fit the hand. It reduces the strength you need, gives more precise control of the cleaning movement and transfers force well to the brush. Because the pole does not twist, you can keep working without stopping to straighten the brush.
SmartLock Clamps and Hose Management
SmartLock clamps close quickly with just one finger. They are made of robust 2C material, and the clamp mechanism protects the carbon material to help give the pole a long service life. An extension stop prevents the pole elements from being pulled out too far.
The highly flexible DuroFlex hose runs inside the telescopic pole for trouble free work on windows and facades, and every carbon composite telescopic pole is delivered with an internal hose of about the pole length plus 30 cm. If you prefer external routing, optional nLITE clips hold the hose along the outside of the pole.
Picking the Right Length
The CC32T has 2 sections, extends to 10.5' and gives a reach of 15' for first floor windows. The CC60T has 4 sections, extends to 20' and reaches 24.5' for the second floor. The CC85T has 6 sections, extends to 28' and reaches 32.5' for the third floor. All three collapse to 5.5' for transport. The carbon composite poles are not extendable, so choose the length that covers your tallest regular job. The shorter poles also suit smaller buildings or work from a cherry picker.
Unger lists residential homes, storefronts and public buildings with accessible windows, commercial buildings and exterior glass surfaces as typical work for the pole. The nLITE PowerPad is compatible with all nLITE telescopic poles, so the pole can carry a pad as well as a brush. The poles are made in Germany.
For crews who want a light, durable water fed pole for low and mid rise pure water window cleaning, the Unger carbon composite telescopic pole offers three lengths, SmartLock clamps and internal hose routing in one practical package.
Carbon and Glass Fiber Composite
A high quality mix of carbon and glass fibers keeps the pole light and durable. It gives the rigidity needed for precise brush control.
PrecisionGrip Pole Form
The pole shape fits the hand and reduces the strength needed. Control of the cleaning movement is more precise.
Non Twisting Pole
The pole profile keeps the brush from turning during the stroke. Work continues without interruption.
SmartLock Clamps
Clamps close with one finger and are made of robust 2C material. The mechanism protects the carbon material for a long service life.
Extension Stop
An integrated stop prevents pulling pole elements out too far. Sections stay joined during overhead work.
Internal DuroFlex Hose
Each pole ships with an internal hose of about pole length plus 30 cm. Optional nLITE clips allow external routing.
Three Lengths up to 32.5' of Reach
Choose 10.5', 20' or 28' of pole for 15', 24.5' or 32.5' of reach. That covers first to third floor windows.
Compact 5.5' Collapsed Length
All three poles collapse to 5.5', whether you choose the 10.5', 20' or 28' length. The short packed size makes them easy to carry, store and load into a work vehicle.
10.5' (CC32T)
20' (CC60T)
28' (CC85T)
Installation
Fit an nLITE angle adapter and brush or PowerPad to the top of the pole and connect the internal hose to your pure water supply. Extend each section and close its SmartLock clamp with one finger; the extension stop prevents overextension. When cleaning solar panels, follow Unger's safety precautions for solar installations.
Care
Rinse grit off the sections after use so they slide cleanly through the clamps. Let the pole dry, collapse it to 5.5' and store it where it cannot be bent or crushed. Check the internal hose for kinks before each job.

The nLITE Carbon Composite Pole sits in Unger's Generation 2 nLITE system with the nLITE Carbon 24K Pole and the nLITE Carbon 16K Telescopic Pole. Matching nLITE tools include the nLITE Scrubber, nLITE PowerPad Complete and PowerPad Microfiber Pad, the nLITE Gen 1 Angle Adapter, and the nLITE Radius, Hybrid and Soft brushes.
Unger's video introduces the Generation 2 nLITE water fed pole system that the Carbon Composite poles belong to. It shows the clamps, the pole shape and the hose routing.
Pure water runs through the internal hose to the brush at the top. The operator cleans the glass while standing on the ground.
This is the CC60T, the 20' carbon composite pole in green and black. It has 4 sections and collapses to 5.5'.
Extended, it gives a reach of 24.5'. That suits second floor windows on homes and storefronts.
The CC85T is the 28' carbon composite pole. It extends in 6 sections.
It reaches 32.5' for third floor glass. Like the shorter poles, it collapses to 5.5' for transport.
