The Unger OmniClean Dual Bucket Kit (CLBK1) is a compact microfiber flat mop cart with an Excella straight pole, built around one idea: never clean with dirty solution again. The Unger OmniClean dual bucket kit uses two separate 1.5 gal (5.7 L) buckets so the solution you charge the mop from stays clean while the soil goes into its own bucket.
It is made for facilities with narrow hallways, tight doorways and small storage closets that need a compact cart, and for work such as deep cleaning, overnight and end of day mopping and day porter rounds. Food service and restaurants, hotel and business lobbies, education buildings and gyms are typical sites.
How the Dual Bucket System Works
The blue StayClean bucket holds a constant supply of fresh cleaning solution, and a splash free guide minimizes spills while the cart is moving. The gray soil catching bucket takes the dirty solution. When the pad gets dirty, the gray scrub board in that bucket removes larger dirt particles from the microfiber pad, then the stand up wringer agitates the remaining debris out of the pad before you recharge it in the StayClean bucket. That keeps the StayClean charging bucket clean.

Light Buckets and a Light Mop
Each bucket full of water weighs about 13 lb, compared with about 73 lb for a standard 8.75 gal bucket full of water. A wet OmniClean microfiber mop weighs about 2 lb, against about 10 lb for a wet standard cotton mop. The smaller buckets are designed to be easier to lift and refill, and the 1.5 gal capacity means less water to carry and empty.
The Excella straight pole adjusts to the cleaner's height, so you can set it near chin height and work without bending over. It has a fixed handle and a clip, and it hangs on the cart's storage clip when the job is done. The pad holder clicks into the base of the pole, and the kit includes two microfiber pads with scrub bristles.
Compact Cart, Ready to Roll
The carriage rolls on four casters, and its handle can be mounted on either side. The cart measures 21.5" long, 16" wide and 19" high and weighs 15.5 lb, in black and blue plastic. Two SmartColor rectangular labels let you color code the kit for its area.

Installation & Care
Installation
Push the four casters firmly into the base of the carriage. Press the metal pins on the handle and guide it into the carriage base until it clicks; it can go on either side. Press the pins on the mop pad holder into the base of the Excella pole until they click. Place the gray scrub board bucket on the Unger logo side and the blue StayClean bucket on the opposite side. Fill the StayClean bucket with water and cleaning agent to the fill line and the scrub board bucket with water to its fill line. Twist the pole counterclockwise to set it to chin height and tighten the locking collar clockwise.
Care
Moisten the pad in the StayClean bucket with the pad facing the carriage, wring twice in the wringer pulling straight up and down (never side to side, which can damage the mop) and mop with an S motion. When the pad is dirty, scrub it on the scrub board, wring, and recharge. When mopping is complete, empty the rinse bucket into a utility sink and hang the straight pole on the storage clip.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered.
