Dual Buckets Keep Clean and Dirty Water Apart
OmniClean uses dual bucket technology to separate clean and dirty solution. Two gray 1.5 gal (5.7 L) buckets sit on a carriage with a built-in stand-up wringer. The gray scrub board in the dirty side removes larger dirt particles from the microfiber mop pad before it goes into the wringer, and the wringer works out the remaining debris, so the mop goes back into the floor with fresh solution each time. A full 1.5 gal bucket weighs about 13 lb, which makes the buckets easier to lift, fill and empty at a utility sink.
The Unger Excella Offset Mop
Mopping is done with the Unger Excella on an offset pole with an actuator, a pad holder and two microfiber mop pads. The large 1 L (34 oz) bottle dispenses cleaning agent at the floor, and the pole height adjusts to the user so staff can mop without bending over. A wet OmniClean microfiber mop weighs about 2 lb, so it is easy to steer around fixtures and into corners. SmartColor rectangular labels help you assign the kit to restroom use.
Restroom Tools Clipped On Board
The cart carries the rest of the restroom routine on dedicated clips: a toilet brush handle with 2 brush heads on its holder clip, a red telescopic dustpan on its holder clip, and a red NiftyNabber grabber on its holder clip. A storage caddy with 2 storage bins holds supplies, and the Excella clip stores the mop on the cart when mopping is complete.
The whole cart measures 21.5" long, 16" wide and 19" high and weighs 15.5 lb. It rolls on 4 casters and has an offset carriage handle that can be assembled on either side of the carriage. Installation & Care
Installation
Push the 4 casters firmly into the base of the carriage. Press the metal pins on the handle and guide it into the carriage base until it clicks; it can go on either side. Press the pins on the pad holder into the base of the Excella pole until it clicks, then attach the accessory clips and store the tools. To clean, fill the scrub board bucket to the fill line and place it on the carriage on the Unger logo side, set the pole to chin height by twisting the locking collar counterclockwise, then tighten it clockwise. Mop in an S motion, scrub the dirty pad on the scrub board, and wring twice by pushing and pulling the mop vertically, never side to side.
Care
When mopping is complete, empty the rinse bucket into a utility sink and hang the Excella in its storage clip. Launder the microfiber pads between uses and rinse the buckets and scrub board.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered.
