Whisper Clean HEPA Air Diffuser for Negative Air Machine Exhaust

What it does

The Whisper Clean HEPA Air Diffuser is a HEPA cabinet connected downstream of a negative air machine. It takes the machine's exhaust through a 12" duct, passes it through a second HEPA filter and diffuses it gently into the adjacent space, so the air can be exhausted where the work is happening rather than ducted out of the building. HEPACART publishes the Whisper Clean line for ICRA compliance levels I to V.

Two sizes

The full size Whisper Clean (WCD2K) stands 24" L x 27" W x 57" H, weighs 70 lbs, is rated for 1000 to 2256 cfm and moves on two casters. The Compact with a 12" port (WCD-C12) is 26.5" L x 26.5" W x 24" H, weighs 41 lbs, is rated for 500 to 1111 cfm and is carried by its top handle. Match the size to the airflow of the machine feeding it.

Filtration and testing

The HEPA filter is rated 99.99% and exceeds ASHRAE 52.2 ratings at the maximum air volume rating. Every Whisper Clean is factory tested for filter integrity and comes with a 1-year certification for HEPA performance, and each HEPA filter is individually Dispersed Oil Particulate (DOP) tested with support documentation included.

On the job

Using the diffuser removes long temporary duct runs to an exterior window or door, cuts rigging and setup time, and keeps conditioned air inside the building. A built-in pressure tube allows pressure testing with a manometer, the medium-density polyethylene body is built for construction sites, and HEPACART states it lowers the decibel level of the machine's exhaust by more than 20%.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then HEPACART ships in-stock units from Lenexa, Kansas, within 2 to 4 business days, fully assembled on a pallet by LTL freight, and they spend about 1 to 6 business days in transit depending on your region. Custom or out-of-stock items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. It goes to a business address in the lower 48 states with a loading dock or forklift; contact us before you order if you need residential, liftgate, inside or appointment delivery, or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves HEPACART.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.

HEPACART covers the Whisper Clean HEPA Air Diffuser for 1 year. Complete the warranty activation when HEPACART's Warranty Activation Email arrives, and keep the model and serial number with your records.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.

The Whisper Clean is the exhaust end of a HEPACART negative air setup. A HEPAFORCE AIR 1100 or AIR 2100 creates the negative pressure, and the Whisper Clean takes its exhaust through a second HEPA stage so it can be released inside the building instead of ducted outdoors.
