The ANZZI RH-AZ2590PSS is a BRUNSTAG 36" 450 CFM 3-speed stainless steel under cabinet range hood, made to pull smoke, steam, grease and cooking odors away from the cooktop.
450 CFM Where the Smoke Starts
The blower moves up to 450 CFM through 3 removable stainless steel baffle filters, which catch grease and lift out for washing. The hood has 3 fan speeds. At 55 dBA, the hood runs with low noise that won't distract you while you cook.
2-light LED lamps light the cooktop while you cook. The electronic switch control panel sets the fan and the lights, with a separate button for each speed.
Ducted or Ductless, Your Choice
It is convertible: duct it through the top or the rear to the outside, or run it ductless by adding the optional carbon recirculation filters, sold separately, when there is no way to run a duct. Use 6" metal ductwork, no more than 3 elbows and a total run no longer than 40', with a wall or roof cap that has a built-in damper to stop backdrafts, because the duct route has a strong effect on airflow, noise and energy use.
The body is premium stainless steel, durable and simple to wipe clean, with an ultra modern look. The motor draws 230 W and plugs into a grounded 120V, 60 Hz GFCI outlet through its factory cord, which is about 3.28 ft long. The hood is CETL and CEC certified for safety, performance and efficiency.
Sizing and Fit
The RH-AZ2590PSS measures 36" wide, 18.5" deep and 11" high. It mounts under a standard wall cabinet, and top venting needs a 13" x 7" opening in the cabinet board above.
Safety and Grease-Fire Rules
To reduce the risk of a grease fire, turn the hood on when cooking at high heat, never leave surface units unattended at high settings, and clean the fan and filters often so grease does not accumulate.
For a home kitchen, the ANZZI RH-AZ2590PSS BRUNSTAG 36" under cabinet range hood brings 450 CFM, 3 speeds and LED task lighting in stainless steel.

Installation & Care
Installation
Mount the hood so its bottom sits 25.5" to 36" above the cooking surface, and plug it into a grounded GFCI outlet near the hood; do not use an extension cord. BRUNSTAG's manual says installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified persons, and to consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure the outlet is grounded. Duct with 6" metal ductwork to the outdoors, never into a wall or ceiling cavity, with no more than 3 elbows and 40' of run, and seal every joint. Cut a 13" x 7" opening in the cabinet board above the hood for top venting, and secure the hood to the wall with the screws provided. For a ductless install the recirculation filters lock onto the sides of the blower. A second person helps with lifting.
Care
Before servicing or cleaning, switch the power off at the service panel and lock it or tag the panel so it cannot be switched on accidentally. Wash the stainless steel baffle filters often in a warm dishwashing detergent solution so grease never builds up on the filters or fan. Clean the stainless steel with a soft cloth and warm water with mild soap or dish detergent, always in the direction of the polish lines, rinse 2 or 3 times with clear water and wipe completely dry; a household stainless steel cleaner is fine. Never use scrapers or harsh abrasive cleansers, and do not let dirt or plaster dust sit on the finish. The motor is permanently lubricated and never needs oiling.
